		Terry Residence Built in 1927, this historical home was the perfect candidate for some major renovations. From the foundation up, this project was transformed by way of efficient design, well thought out planning and craftsmanship.
		Gergovich Residence This College Park historic home was built in 1923. The chosen kitchen and bathroom upgrades complimented the theme of this Spanish colonial revival style home.
		Monnich Residence The time had come for this bathroom to be fully remodeled. Having taken everything down to the wall framing and using that as a starting point, this bathroom quickly evolved into a functional show piece.
		Eisel Residence Making major architectural changes to this kitchen provided dramatic results. From the ceiling being raised and doorways being removed, this kitchen and surrounding rooms took on a whole new visual and spatial feel.
